JEFFREY C. HAGER DO, FACOS
Board-certified in general surgery and vascular surgery, Jeffrey Hager, DO, FACOS, is the medical director of Hager Advanced Vein Care in Manahawkin and Toms River, New Jersey. He has more than 30 years of experience providing state-of-the-art nonsurgical treatments for varicose and spider veins. He is a vascular board examiner and a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
Dr. Hager received his undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and completed medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia. He then completed his surgical residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in New York City and his vascular surgery fellowship at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
Prior to Hager Advanced Vein Care, Dr. Hager directed the vascular surgical fellowship training program at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. He is currently the medical director of the Wound Care and Hyperbaric program at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin. Additionally, Dr. Hager is president of the nonprofit organization, Care to be Aware Foundation.
